The following terms of use outlines how you may or may not use images and raw files (the content) you receive from gamemotion. If you can not agree with the terms of use you are not permitted to use any gamemotion, Carl Hicks Photography, content.

it authorizes for use and distributes. All rights not expressly granted here in the terms of use are reserved by gamemotion,
Carl Hicks Photography.

Online gamemotion low-resolution images are available for trial or test-fit use.
They may not be used for any final work of art, web content, media, prints, or for financial gain. Hotlinking to images on this website is not permitted.

Print Shop Use. A print shop, a business that offers printing services, is only authorized to print gamemotion content under the direction of gamemotion, Carl Hicks Photography, and may not store the content after the work is complete for more than 30 days. A third party may not recieve additional prints directly from a print shop without gamemotion authorization.

Personal Use. When you receive an image and/or raw file from gamemotion for personal use, there is no expiry date on your right to use it, however, you do not have exclusive rights to use the content. gamemotion may authorize the use of same content to other people or businesses. Personal use of the content is authorized for home prints, screen backgrounds and scrapbooking. Please request any other intended content uses. You may not falsely represent you are the original creator and when you create something using gamemotion images, including images and prints from raw files, you must give credit to the photographer, Carl Hicks. You may not use gamemotion content in any way that defames gamemotion, Carl Hicks Photography, allows others to download, extract or redistribute the content. You may not sell or allow others to sell gamemotion content and anything made using gamemotion content.

Business Use. None of the gamemotion content is for resale or distribution by anyone other than gamemotion and may not be used in connection with trademarks, logos, for commercial use, the sale of goods and services without express written permission from gamemotion, Carl Hicks Photography. Where permission is granted the photographer, Carl Hicks, must be given a photo credit or credit for the source when the content is modified. You may not falsely represent you are the original creator.

gamemotion content is not to be used in pornographic, defamatory, or any unlawful manner and may
not infringe on any copyright, moral right, trademark or other intellectual property rights. You are solely responsible for any damages caused by your misuse of content
regardless of whether the misuse has been identified in this copyright and terms of use.

gamemotion, Carl Hicks Photography, does not warrant it's content quality and accuracy,
content caption or metadata. All content is distributed “as is”. Any applicable fees or donations for content shall be received in Canadian dollars.
gamemotion may refuse a request for content for any reason. Any fees and donations received are non-refundable.

gamemotion is on the Registry of Joint Stock Companies in Nova Scotia, Canada.
The copyright and terms of use will be governed by the laws of the province of Nova Scotia, Canada. In any legal or non-legal dispute,
you agree to defend, indemnify and hold harmless gamemotion, Carl Hicks Photography, from all damages, liabilities
and expenses arising out of or in connection with any breach of the terms and reserved rights of the gamemotion
terms of use.
